Patrick Tait has been in the golf industry for over 30 years.  He spent the majority of that time as the Tournament Director and Head Golf Professional at Raccoon Creek Golf Course.  Patrick specializes in instruction and especially enjoys teaching juniors.  On his free time, Patrick enjoys playing golf with his family and watching his children play competitive golf.  All of Patrick's four children played collegiate golf.   

Ashley Tait played her high school golf at Mullen, where she won three individual state championships. Ashley played collegiately at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She had a very successful athletic and academic college career; her most successful honor being her win at Conference Championships her freshman year. Ashley turned professional in 2010 and played on the LPGA Epson Tour on and off for ten years. While on tour, she spent time instructing at both Red Rocks Country Club and Raccoon Creek Golf Course and coaching girls golf at both Columbine and Mullen HS. In recent success, Ashley qualified for the 2022 KPMG while overseeing the Player Development programming at Baltimore Country Club. Ashley was named to Golf Digest’s Best Young Teachers list for 2025-26 and is one of Colorado’s Top 25 Teachers according to Mile High Magazine.

Jaylee Tait
Junior Golf Director
Assistant Golf Professional

With competitive playing experience at the collegiate and professional levels, Jaylee has the experience to teach golfers at every level and in every aspect of the game. Jaylee has been an Assistant Golf Professional at Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel since 2020 and founded the PGA JR League there in 2021.  She also created - and still organizes - a Sunday afternoon Couples League, designed specifically with women and beginners in mind.  Jaylee started the company Teed Up Golf Events in 2023 where she manages charity golf outings that benefit the community. Her company also organizes Pro-Ams to help female golf professionals fund and further their careers, and give amateurs on-course access to high-level athletes.
